Item has almost never been used. Bought while in Japan and doodled for a about a day to test and that is the only use it has seen. Original surface has been replaced with a smoother official Wacom surface as well, to ease pen wear and improve the over durability and longevity of the device (I do have a picture of the package of the replacement surface as proof) All original parts are included minus the box. Although item was purchased in japan, the tablet works with any compatible device of any region flawlessly and in the desired language chosen. Item has always been kept stored safely both at home and during transport.
