    Description

    This is an old 1969 revision of lock-out procedures from Hanna Mining, Minnesota.  Pretty much the same lock-out we used in the factory I worked in during the 1990's through 2000's-they must have been far ahead of their time.  Cover is soiled heavily and there is staple rust, but it's complete and fully legible.   Winning bidder pays .70 shipping and handling for US sales.
