You'll love this delightful collectible thimble! I purchased a lovely vintage thimble collection from an Estate Auction where each piece had been purchased as souvenirs and received as gifts over a lifetime of collecting.
This lovely thimble features a 'Hearts-and-Flowers' Folk Design but there are no markings. The design does not appear to be a transfer, but I also see no brush marks. So I'm uncertain how the design was painted. The previous owner has information taped inside...Switzerland, 1982.
There are no defects...it has a tiny bit of wear along the bottom edge as befits a displayed collectible. Comes from a smoke-free home.
