This ballet costume has been made for my store by a professional seamstress.  She makes ballet costumes & has tons of talent & experience.  The fabric itself is gorgeous.  I purchased it & paid to have it hand dyed.  It is a brocade with silver metallic swirls.  After being custom dyed it cost me per yard.  The tutu base is 8 layers of rigid pleated tulle, which I had imported from Europe.  The designer decorated this costume in hand-painted lace, appliqués, AB crystals & pearls.  The sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder & can be attached & adjusted by hand or machine sewing.  They are so delicate & have been dip dyed for a perfect match.  This costume is a masterpiece & I am so glad to offer it in my store!
This tutu will fit a dancer with the following measurements:
Bust 32-34
Waist 24-26
Upper Hip 32+  (tutu has some adjustment)
To get a perfect fit you will likely need to have a tailor make some alterations, because a dancer could have the same measurements as another, but have some variations in shape.  This costume has 3 rows of dyed to match hook & eye closures & the measurements above are for those who want to use those 3 rows.
If you don't mind making alterations or taking off the hook & eye closures that exist then the bodice of the costume can be adjusted to a bust of 28-34 & waist of 24-30.  The top of the hip on the bodice itself can be adjusted to 30-36, but the tutu doesn't have as large of a range.  The range of the top of the hips for the tutu is about 32-34. You would need a professional seamstress or tailor for those kinds of adjustments.
From the breast bone is 12 1/2 inches (where the bodice dips in the center to the bottom of the bodice)
From top of breast is 15 inches (where strap connects to the bottom of bodice)
The hooks & straps are adjustable with hand or machine sewing.
