    For sale is a certificate that relates to the coal mining industry. Issued by the Miners Examing Board of Warrick County, Indiana, in 1911, it certifies that C.S. Elaxander (probably Alexander) has permission to wok alongside a qualified miner at any coal mine in the state of Indiana. The certificate is signed by John E. Kelley, supervisor of the Miners Examining Board, and George Goldbach, secretary. This hard-to-find certificate measures 9 by 11 1/2 inches and is in very good condition, with mailing folds.
