ROBOTEQ AX3100/AX3500 Robot DC Motor Controller 12-40VDC input Rated by Roboteq as 120A max single channel operation
These are a previous "generation" DC motor controller, manufactured back in 2011
These are currently configured as model AX3100  for a single channel / 120A max. output BUT according to the manufacturer can be re-configured for a two channel output of 60A each by removing the soldered JUMPER that is shown in the center of our second included picture.
These are NOS stock "surplus" left over from LOCKHEED here in California
These were sold for 5.00 back in the day
There is a complete user's manual available online; search for ROBOTEQ AX3500 MANUAL and you will find it.
Because these are sold as electronics "surplus" and can easily be shorted and ruined by careless cross-wiring of their circuits they are sold  "as-is" only for experimenters
